Narwal Flow 2 launches with a 200 Euro discount as hot-water Track-Mop aims to outclean rival robot vacuums

Narwal has opened sales for its new flagship robot vacuum, the Flow 2, pairing a launch promotion with a headline feature: a hot-water mopping system designed to tackle stuck-on messes more effectively than standard pad-based mops.

The Flow 2 was previously shown at CES 2026, and it is now reaching retailers with an early-bird discount that runs through May 16, 2026.

Narwal is positioning the model as a premium cleaner that prioritizes mopping performance, not just suction.

Launch pricing and station options

In Europe, the standard Narwal Flow 2 is listed at 1 099 Euro during the launch period, down from a 1 299 Euro MSRP. That version ships with a larger base that uses two water tanks for servicing the robot between runs.

Narwal is also selling a higher-priced configuration with a more compact station that supports automatic water refilling and drainage. During the same launch window, it starts at 1 299 Euro versus a 1 499 Euro MSRP, depending on retailer.

Hot water mopping meets higher suction

The company says its Track-Mop system now uses 60 °C water and a wide roller-style cleaning path supported by 16 nozzles. Narwal claims the hotter wash is intended to help dissolve stubborn stains, with AI detection used to identify tougher spots.

On the vacuuming side, Narwal rates the Flow 2 at 31 000 Pa of suction, up from 22 000 Pa on the prior model. Features such as CarpetFocus are marketed to improve carpet pickup, while the mop can lift by 12 mm to avoid wetting rugs.

Low-profile design without lidar turret

The Flow 2 keeps a relatively slim 95 mm body, which Narwal attributes in part to skipping a traditional lidar turret. It is also rated to climb obstacles up to 40 mm, a spec aimed at thresholds and uneven transitions between rooms.

Narwal says the base station is designed to wash and recondition the mopping unit, dispense cleaning solution, and self-clean, reducing hands-on maintenance. As with most launch promotions, final pricing can vary by retailer and availability.
