Mova P70 Pro Ultra targets mid-range buyers: 30 000 Pa robot vacuum and 100°C mop washing drops to 599 euros at launch

Mova has launched the P70 Pro Ultra, a new robot vacuum and mopping system positioned in the mid-range but marketed with features that have typically been reserved for higher-priced models.

The company lists an MSRP of 699 euros, with a limited-time 100-euro launch discount bringing the price to 599 euros until May 12, 2026.

The P70 Pro Ultra is presented as the successor to the Mova P50 Pro Ultra, aiming to combine stronger suction and a more capable docking station at a lower entry price. The launch pricing intensifies competition in a segment where brands increasingly bundle self-cleaning stations to reduce hands-on maintenance.

High suction, but some trade-offs

Mova claims up to 30 000 Pa of suction power for the P70 Pro Ultra, a figure that only recently became common in top-tier models.

Real-world performance will depend on factors such as airflow design, brush layout, and how the robot handles carpets and edge cleaning.

One compromise is that an anti-tangle brush is not included as standard, though Mova offers an optional CleanShop brush as a retrofit. The side brush is extendable to improve corner coverage, but it is positioned below the reach seen on Mova’s V70 Ultra Complete.

Mopping focuses on edge coverage

At the rear, the robot uses two rotating mops, with one designed to extend outward for cleaning along baseboards and furniture edges.

Mova rates the mops at up to 260 rpm and 12 N of downward pressure for stain removal, though these claims typically require independent testing to confirm.

The approach differs from roller-mop designs, which some manufacturers promote for deeper scrubbing and more continuous soil pickup. Mova itself has used a roller-style system in the S70 Roller, highlighting that the P70 Pro Ultra’s method is a different balance of cost and capability.

Dock washes mops at 100°C

The included cleaning station is designed to automate key upkeep tasks, including dust emptying and mop maintenance. Mova says it washes the mops with 100°C hot water and then dries them with hot air in about one hour.

The dock also includes automatic cleaning-solution refilling, a convenience feature often reserved for more expensive all-in-one stations. Availability and final street pricing may vary by retailer, and promotional discounts can change over time.
