Redmi is already gearing up for its next release just months after the Note 14 Pro+ made its debut in China this past September. Early leaks about the upcoming Redmi Note 15 Pro+ have started circulating, hinting at some notable upgrades and a few familiar specs.
One of the most eye-catching details is the phone’s rumored battery, which is expected to fall between 7,000 mAh and 7,999 mAh—an enormous jump that could seriously boost endurance compared to previous models. The display will reportedly keep a 1.5K resolution with sleek, symmetrical bezels, while the camera setup includes a 50 MP main shooter alongside a 50 MP telephoto lens.
Under the hood, the Note 15 Pro+ is expected to run on the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chip. That’s a logical progression from the Note 14 Pro+, which featured the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3. So far, the core upgrades seem to revolve around processing power and battery capacity, while the display and camera hardware stay largely the same.
It’s important to point out that these comparisons are based on the Chinese and Indian versions of the Note 14 Pro+, as Redmi sometimes tweaks specs between markets while keeping the name unchanged.
Whether the Note 15 Pro+ can truly stand out will depend on how well these upgrades translate into everyday performance—but with a massive battery and updated processor, it’s shaping up to be a solid contender.
