Global iQOO Z11 hits Geekbench with Snapdragon 7s Gen 4, signaling a different phone than China’s Dimensity model

The global iQOO Z11 has appeared in an early Geekbench database entry, offering the clearest sign yet that international buyers may get different hardware from the version sold in China.

The listing points to a Qualcomm platform rather than the MediaTek chip used domestically.

On Geekbench, the device is identified by model number I2512 and is shown running Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 alongside an Adreno 810 GPU. The benchmark entry also lists 12 GB of RAM and Android 16, indicating the phone is being tested on a near-final software baseline.

Performance figures in the result show 1 214 points in single-core and 3 091 in multi-core testing. While benchmarks do not always translate directly to real-world speed, they often provide an early look at the chipset tier and expected positioning.

What the benchmark suggests?

The Geekbench CPU details reflect an octa-core layout with one prime core at 2.71 GHz, three performance cores at 2.40 GHz, and four efficiency cores at 1.80 GHz. That configuration aligns with the listing’s Snapdragon identification and suggests a mid-to-upper midrange focus for the global model.

In China, the iQOO Z11 launched with a Dimensity 8500 processor, so the Geekbench leak reinforces the likelihood of market-specific changes. Such swaps can affect everything from gaming behavior to modem features, depending on regional network needs and supply strategy.

Launch clues from certifications

A wider release also looks plausible because the global iQOO Z11 has surfaced in regional certification databases, including Indonesia’s SDPPI and Thailand’s NBTC. These approvals are commonly seen in the weeks or months leading up to a commercial launch.

So far, there has been no equivalent sign of an imminent India listing, which could point to a staggered rollout. It may also suggest iQOO is spacing launches to avoid overlap with other models under the broader Vivo umbrella.

Battery and charging specifications have not been confirmed for the global variant, but expectations are high after the China model debuted with a 9 020 mAh battery and 90 W wired charging. Until official announcements land, the Geekbench entry is the strongest hint that the global iQOO Z11 will not be a simple rebrand of the Chinese phone.
