Amazfit Bip Max leak hints at 20-day battery and 3,000-nit AMOLED display at a lower price

Amazfit appears to be preparing a new budget-focused smartwatch called the Bip Max, according to a retailer listing that surfaced with official-looking product images.

The leak suggests the watch will target long battery life and a high-brightness AMOLED panel at a price well below the company’s recent premium releases.

The Bip Max has been linked to an unreleased Amazfit device that previously appeared in US Federal Communications Commission filings, where documentation indicated a larger battery than the Amazfit Cheetah 2 Pro.

While FCC materials did not reveal full specifications, the timing and similarities have fueled expectations that a launch is nearing.

What the retailer listing reveals?

A New Zealand retailer, NCP Group, listed the Amazfit Bip Max with specs that include a 2.07-inch AMOLED display rated at up to 3 000 nits.

The page also points to a 550 mAh battery and claims up to 20 days of use between charges, depending on settings and usage.

Promotional images on the listing also reference features such as GPS and offline maps, along with 4 GB of onboard storage.

If accurate, that storage figure would place the Bip Max below the Cheetah 2 Pro’s higher-capacity positioning, reinforcing the idea that Amazfit is differentiating price rather than headline endurance.

Price expectations and next steps

NCP Group listed the Bip Max at NZD 268, a figure that includes New Zealand’s 15% goods and services tax. Stripping out tax and accounting for typical regional pricing, the leak points to a likely US price around $135, though Amazfit has not confirmed international pricing.

There is also some confusion in the leaked materials, with a model number shown that has been associated with an older Amazfit Bip generation.

Even so, the combination of a retailer listing, images, and prior regulatory appearances suggests the Bip Max is real, with final launch timing now the main unknown.
