Dreame enters smart security cameras with Navo Care 1 launch deals starting at €29
Dreame, best known in Europe for robot vacuums and small home appliances, is pushing further into the smart home market with the launch of two indoor security cameras.
The company has introduced the Navo Care 1 InCam and the lower-cost Navo Care 1 SE InCam.
Both models are being sold directly through Dreame’s online store with limited-time early-bird pricing through May 12. Dreame lists the Navo Care 1 InCam at €39, down from an MSRP of €49, while the Navo Care 1 SE InCam is €29 instead of €39.
Two models target budget buyers
The Navo Care 1 InCam is positioned as the higher-spec option, offering 2K video from a 4-megapixel sensor at 2 880 x 1 600 resolution. It also supports pan-and-tilt coverage, with 360-degree horizontal rotation and up to 95 degrees of tilt.
Dreame says recordings can be stored locally using a microSD card, an option many buyers prefer to avoid ongoing cloud fees. The camera also includes two-way audio, real-time alerts, and a physical privacy cover intended to block the lens when the camera is not in use.
AI detection and voice assistants
Both cameras include AI-based detection features designed to identify people, pets, and certain sounds, alongside standard night vision that is not listed as color night vision. They connect over dual-band Wi‑Fi on 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks.
For smart home integration, Dreame markets compatibility with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant for voice control. The Navo Care 1 SE InCam keeps most core features but drops to a 3-megapixel sensor with 1 920 x 1 080 Full HD video.
Dreame is entering a crowded indoor camera category where low-cost hardware competes heavily on software, privacy controls, and storage options. The early pricing suggests Dreame is aiming to win first-time buyers looking for an inexpensive way to add indoor monitoring.
